Bestpractix

Bestpractix was an Israeli legal technology startup founded in 2018 by Omer Hayun and Uri Goren. The company developed an AI-powered platform designed to optimize and simplify the contract drafting process for lawyers, leveraging machine learning and natural language processing technologies. Bestpractix was headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel, and operated with a small team of 1–10 employees. In June 2020, the company was acquired by Litera Microsystems, a U.S.-based document technology company, to enhance its AI capabilities in the legal sector.
