Infotems is a cloud-based case and practice management platform designed primarily for immigration law practices, with functionality that extends to other case types. The platform centralizes client and contact management, case tracking, document generation, billing, and client communication within a single system. - Case Management and Tracking: Supports management of multiple case types, including immigration matters. Users can create custom case templates, set task and event reminders, and add private or shared notes to maintain a centralized communication record.
- PDF Forms and Document Generation: Auto-populates current USCIS, ICE, and EOIR forms with addendums, which can be saved directly to a case. Also supports creation and generation of Word document templates for broader document drafting needs.
- Kanban Boards: Real-time kanban boards allow teams to visualize and manage cases, tasks, contacts, and companies via drag-and-drop, with changes visible to all team members instantly.
- Dashboards: Staff users can create personalized dashboards; a separate client portal dashboard is also available. Dashboards are responsive and can be shared across a team.
- Open API: A REST API allows integration with external systems, with sandbox testing prior to production deployment. Users can self-manage API keys and key rotation policies.
- QuickBooks Integration: Syncs billing and financial records with QuickBooks, with changes in Infotems reflected in QuickBooks and the ability to import existing QuickBooks records.
- AI Integration: Integrates with both OpenAI and Anthropic's AI platforms to provide features such as generating summaries of case notes, auto-populating documents, transcribing interview recordings, translating and summarizing them, and generating documents and emails.
- Multilingual Questionnaires: Securely email questionnaires to clients to fill out, available in over 100 languages. Set expiration dates to prevent data editing after a certain time and lock questionnaires from client edits.
- Built-in Real-time Chat: Collaborate with your team in real-time chat, share documents instantly, and ensure all chats are end-to-end encrypted.
- SMS/MMS/Text Messaging: Communicate with clients via SMS, receive documents via text directly in the system, and link messages to Case or Contact for history.

- Priority Date Tracker: Add one or more priority dates to the case, automatically detect and download the latest visa bulletin, check the priority dates against the latest bulletin, and notify when a date becomes current.
- USCIS Integration: Get live case status from USCIS, with case status updated automatically from USCIS. Store all relevant receipt numbers with the case.
- Bullet-proof Security: Encrypted communication via SSL, two-step verification (2FA) via SMS or email, 2FA enforcement by account admins, and encrypted sensitive data points.

- Calendaring and Event Management: 2-way calendar integration with Google, Outlook, iPhone or Android devices, view tasks and invoices on the calendar, and send appointment invites to clients and track their responses.
- Time Tracking: Track time on a case and/or task, choose to make it billable, add hourly rates for each user, and include billable time logs on invoices.
- Billing Dashboard: See invoice statuses in a single view, review and approve invoices pending your approval, and follow-up on overdue invoices.
