PatentFlare is a web-based AI platform that automates the generation of patent infringement claim charts for patent professionals. The platform extracts verbatim evidence from user-uploaded documents, validates each passage against the original text, and includes citations to specific documents and page numbers. It processes labeled product diagrams, schematics, and figures, allowing visual content to serve as evidence for structural claim limitations. Claim term constructions are derived from the patent specification itself, with verbatim quotes and source attribution included in the chart output. Evidence is mapped and scored at the individual phrase level within each claim limitation, identifying which elements are supported and where gaps remain. An automated second-pass review step independently audits each disclosed finding, downgrading inferential or unsupported matches before the chart is finalized. The platform accepts PDFs, product page URLs, product diagrams, and YouTube video transcripts as evidence sources. Completed charts export as DOCX files formatted for litigation use, including headers, footers, and Bates numbering, as well as Excel. Both formats are fully editable.
