Key features include the ability to file new cases, submit claims or counterclaims, upload and view case documents, manage financial functions, and create case-specific tasks. The platform also allows parties to view panelist resumes and rank them for selection. Additionally, AAA WebFile offers a Hearing Exhibits space, providing a secure area for parties to upload hearing exhibits for the arbitrator, reducing the need for hard copies and enhancing efficiency. The platform is protected by advanced security measures, including a next-generation firewall and 256-bit encryption, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all case-related information.
