Caselaw Access Project
Caselaw Access Project is a comprehensive digital repository that provides free, public access to over 6.5 million decisions published by state and federal courts throughout U.S. history. This extensive collection encompasses nearly 40 million pages of U.S. court decisions, representing 360 years of legal history. The project offers a browsable API and bulk data service, enabling researchers, legal professionals, and the general public to access and utilize this vast dataset. The Caselaw Access Project is a collaborative effort between the Harvard Law School Library and Ravel Law, a legal research and analytics platform, and is managed by the Library Innovation Lab at Harvard Law School.
