Claustack

Claustack is a UK-based legal technology company that provides a community-driven platform for lawyers to collaborate on standardizing agreements and developing open-source contract templates. The platform enables legal professionals to initiate and participate in projects aimed at creating standardized documents, contribute feedback to open standardization initiatives, access peer-reviewed contract templates, and engage in crowdsourcing efforts to generate new standard contracts for the legal industry. Additionally, Claustack offers resources for lawyers to review and improve their own terms and connect with peers to address common legal challenges. In March 2022, Claustack launched the 'oneDPA' initiative in collaboration with PwC UK and ContractPodAi, introducing a standardized Data Processing Agreement to assist in-house legal teams with compliance and regulatory requirements.
