The platform processes criminal discovery as it is received and organizes it into structured, source-cited case intelligence, enabling attorneys to move from document review to defense strategy within a single workspace. Key features include a timeline builder that automatically extracts and organizes case events into a structured, searchable timeline; people and entities identification that connects individuals, organizations, agencies, and locations across discovery materials; evidence intelligence that surfaces relevant facts across large volumes of discovery; anomaly flagging that identifies inconsistencies, contradictions, and missing items in the discovery record; chat Q&A (fact find) that allows attorneys to query the case record in plain language; case notebook that provides a persistent, citation-anchored notes workspace; strategy workspace for organizing defense theories, supporting facts, open questions, and evidence gaps; and trial notebooks that generate organized, citation-backed preparation materials for hearings and trial. CrossLogic Intelligence was developed internally at Black Dog Forensics for use on active criminal defense casework. CrossLogic Intelligence and Black Dog Forensics share founding personnel and forensic methodology but operate as separate entities.
