LawGPT Model

LawGPT is an open-source large language model specifically designed for Chinese legal applications. It enhances existing models by incorporating extensive legal domain knowledge through pre-training on large-scale Chinese legal documents and fine-tuning with knowledge-driven instructions. This approach significantly improves the model's performance in legal tasks, such as legal question answering, document summarization, and legal entailment. LawGPT outperforms other open-source models like LLaMA 7B in these areas. The model and its resources are publicly available on GitHub.
