In February 2024, LegaLario acquired Alitech, a pioneer in AI-powered legal solutions specifically trained for Mexican legal professionals, to integrate artificial intelligence capabilities into its platform. This acquisition aims to enhance document processing, legal consultation automation, and decision-making support. LegaLario serves over 1,000 businesses and reports more than 15 million users on its platform, having experienced sixfold growth over three years. The company emphasizes security, data protection, and traceability of legal documents while offering cost savings of up to 85 percent in legal operational expenses. The platform operates on a SaaS model with various subscription plans.
