Minute Notary

Minute Notary is an online notary platform run by a licensed Ontario notary. Oaths, affidavits and statutory declarations are sworn and commissioned virtually over secure video for clients anywhere in Ontario, from a head office in Ottawa. The documents Ontario law still requires in person — certified true copies, wills and powers of attorney — are handled at the Ottawa office or by mobile visit.
