Pangea3
Pangea3, founded in 2004 by David Perla and Sanjay Kamlani, was a leading legal process outsourcing (LPO) provider headquartered in New York City and Mumbai, India. It offered a range of services, including legal document review, corporate transactions, intellectual property, and risk management and compliance. In November 2010, Thomson Reuters acquired Pangea3 to enhance its portfolio in the rapidly growing LPO market. In April 2019, Ernst & Young acquired Pangea3 from Thomson Reuters, integrating it into their legal managed services offerings. The acquisition aimed to provide law firms and corporate legal departments with efficient and cost-effective legal support services.
