Tech Contracts Master Class

The Tech Contracts Master Class™ is a comprehensive training series offered by Tech Contracts Academy, designed to enhance professionals' skills in drafting and negotiating technology contracts. The program consists of four courses, each approximately two hours long, covering essential clauses in IT agreements, including those related to software, cloud services, and artificial intelligence. Participants can enroll in individual courses or opt for the discounted 4-course series, with on-demand access available for 100 days. The courses are led by David W. Tollen, an attorney, UC Berkeley lecturer, and author of The Tech Contracts Handbook. Upon completion, students receive a certificate and are eligible for California Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits.
